It’s that time of the month! My simple yet very effective blackhead removal routine.
Over the years, my blackheads form pretty “average” in size. After 2 weeks they appear prominent on my nose area. My only solution for totally removing them is through the use of my go to biore porestrip. I’ve tried home remedies such as using baking soda in my previous how to remove blackheads post but aside from that method, I figured out a better and more effective way to remove blackheads with still the use of the biore porestrip plus a new discovery! The Tea tree Solution Blackhead Melting And Out Pad by the brand Botanical Care
So what is a blackhead?
Blackheads are small bumps that appear on your skin due to clogged hair follicles. These bumps are called blackheads because the surface looks dark or black. Blackheads are a mild type of acne that usually form on the face, but they can also appear on the following body parts: back. chest.
Blackheads form when a clog or plug develops in the opening of hair follicles in your skin. Each follicle contains one hair and a sebaceous gland that produces oil. This oil, called sebum, helps keep your skin soft. Dead skin cells and oils collect in the opening to the skin follicle, producing a bump called a comedo. If the skin over the bump stays closed, the bump is called a whitehead. When the skin over the bump opens, exposure to the air causes it to look black and a blackhead forms.
Almost everyone has it at some point in Life, but if your blessed to have none, lucky you!

After cleaning my face with a mild cleanser, I applied STEP 1.
The cream had the consistency of glue but was not sticky at all. It had a mild tea tree scent to it. Before placing it on my nose, I did a patch test first to see if my skin would react to the cream and luckily it didn’t.
As instructed, I applied the cream all over my nose then massaging it for 3-5 minutes. It surprisingly heated up pretty quickly and transforms to a clear gel once massaged. Then wiped it off.
Massage the nose with Blackhead out pad on the green dotted side.
Initially applying the pad onto my nose, I felt a really uncomfortable sting! The pad had a very strong alcohol scent so I just went ahead and dab it all over my nose area ever so lightly just to get the solution. I had to rinse it out quickly after because it really burns once applied to open skin!
Immediately after rinsing my nose, I notice my blackheads slightly elevated. I could’t see my blakcheads melthing away as the product claimed. So instead of manually removing my already visible blackhead, I applied my handy Biore Porestrip remover.
Left it on for about 20 minutes the BAM! BLACKHEADS removed!
(This is “the most” blackheads I could gather and it was oddly satisfying to see how many I got!)
Here’s how my nose looked before and after just using the Tea tree Solution Blackhead Melting And Out Pad and Biore Porestrip
